BASIC Stamp I is a 45-degree diamond; 1” on each side.

This stamp is primarily used for making 8-pointed LeMoyne Stars. BASIC Stamp A - 1” square and Stamp C - 1” HST are needed to complete the LeMoyne Star block. Finished size of LeMoyne Star block is 3 - 3/8”.

Note that the “8” in the seam allowance indicates that this is the stamp for an 8-pointed star. There is a separate 1”, 60-degree stamp available for making 6-pointed stars. The two are easy to get confused, so the number designation in the seam allowance is used to differentiate the two.
